I am a freelance producer, project manager, arts educator and consultant with over 15 years’ experience delivering poetry, spoken word and live literature programmes.

I am the Director of independent production company Something Happening, which works with poets, venues, schools, publishers, and all manner of arts organisations to deliver exciting and engaging projects. We oversee all stages of work: from conception, fundraising and delivery, to evaluation.

Previous clients include the BBC, British Library, British Museum, Forward Arts Foundation and World Book Day; and across education programmes, podcast series, commissions, publications and live events. I have toured work nationally and internationally with poets including Joelle Taylor, Joshua Idehen and John Hegley. For 10 years I was the producer of Out-Spoken, London’s largest regular poetry night, and in partnership with London Writers Centre, I developed and run Deptford Literature Festival. I am a 2025-26 Clore Leadership Fellow.
